Al-Serraj and Molotkov talked about Russia’s help in lifting the arms embargo on Libya as well as releasing the assets frozen abroad so that Libya’s economy thrives once again.

Al-Serraj told the Russian ambassador that Libya is willing to make use of the Russian expertise in training the Libyan security forces in all kinds so that they become efficiently qualified for their roles.

“We are working on bringing back our diplomatic attaché to our embassy in Tripoli and our mutual projects on the economic level so that Libya’s economy prospers.” Said Molotkov.
