Containers full of Tramadol and Viagra seized in Misurata seaport

140 million Tramadol tablets and 200 million Viagra tablets were confiscated by the Misurata Seaport Customs Department, said Khalid Al-Dala, an official at the department.

“The drugs came from Turkey inside two containers and the drugs were made in India.” The official added.

He also said that investigation is underway with the company that imported the drugs, pointing out that the shipment is very demoralizing and aimed at harming the health of the Libyans.

He also hailed the efforts of those who helped seize the drugs containers from the Customs Department and other offices at the Misurata Seaport.
