French Intelligence: IS militants are gushing into Libya via ships and planes

 

French Intelligence sources told Le Journal du Dimanche, a French newspaper, that IS militants are arriving in Libya constantly by ships and planes.

 

LJDD also reported that Libya has become the favorite haven for the terrorist group and for those who want to join it, whether coming from Europe, Syria, or from Iraq.

“There are now almost 3500 to 5000 IS fighters in Libya, most of whom are leaders of IS in Syria and Iraq that arrived in Libya lately via ships or the airplanes heading to Mali, Mauritania, and Niger.” The LJDD added.

The French newspaper also reported that French Intelligence had discovered that 10 French nationals had lately made it to IS in Libya by using camouflage routs.
