Political Committee member of the General National Congress, Abdulkader Al-Hawaili proposed a new proposal to save Libya out of the current crisis.

Al-Hwaili said that the plan includes formation of a new interim parliament of 100 members from the GNC and 100 others from eastern Libya, highlighting that the eastern members must gain approval from the tribes and municipalities.

The proposed parliament would follow the constitutional declaration rules until new parliamentary elections take place.
