Italian Embassy in Tripoli to start issuing visas for Libyans on April 02

The Italian Embassy said on Twitter on Monday that it will start issuing visas for Libyan nationals from its Tripoli building starting from April 02.

The Italian Embassy did not give any further details, saying more to come on the issue in the coming days.

Italy was the first European country to reopen its embassy in Tripoli in mid-January, when the Ambassador said a new flight route between Tripoli and Rome will be open soon for Libyans.
