Libyan eastern and western governments agree on Sunday-Monday holiday

The Presidential Council and the eastern government of the House of Representatives both decided to have two days as a public holiday to celebrate Labourers’ Day in Libya.

The PC and the HoR both issued statements saying that Sunday and Monday are to be a public holiday in Libya.

This is an agreement rare to be found in other issues troubling Libya nowadays, according to many Libyans, who heard the holiday news.
