The two parties of the Libyan-Libyan dialogue that represent the General National Congress and Tobruk Parliament have reached an agreement of honour charter named (Libyan National Agreement).

On Tuesday, both parties issued a statement and stressed the importance of fighting terrorism under clear national, Sharia-humanitarian based principles, stating that it’s very pivotal to reach the formation of a national unity government chosen upon professional criteria and qualification.

“We call upon all of the friend and neighbouring countries to support this agreement as it maintains the sovereignty of Libyan territories.” The statement outlined.

It also said the charter will be presented to both the GNC and Tobruk Parliament for endorsement or amendment in no more than two weeks.
