Libya’s oil output on the verge of demise within the coming days as dispute between eastern and western parties in Libya hampered loading oil shipments from Al-Hariga oil port in Tobruk to take place, sources form the NOC told Reuters.

If the oil port did not allow oil tankers to load crude oil, Libya is expected to be forced to shut in around 120,000 barrels per day of production, added the source.

The oil tanker, Seachance, which is owned by Glencore, was prevented from loading at Al-Hariga. It was originally due to load a 600,000-barrel cargo on April 26-28.
