This shipment is the third one that arrives in the east as per a deal between the parallel Central Bank of Libya and Russia.

Two other shipments arrived both in May and June to make the total sum hit almost over a billion dinars in a deal that sees Russia sending a total of 4 billion dinars to eastern Libya.
