1280x960

The Justice Minister in the Salvation Government of the General National Congress, Mustafa Al-Glaib, said in a GNC session, that the ministry is considering extradition of Hannibal Gaddafi, son of Muamer Gaddafi, from Lebanon and receiving him by the Libyan authorities in Tripoli.

“There is a very firm cooperation between the justice ministries and the judiciaries of Lebanon and Libya regarding the case of Hannibal Gaddafi, and this cooperation will lead to very advanced results soon.” Said the Justice minister.

Worth to mention that Lebanese judicial authorities issued last December an arrest warrant of Hannibal Gaddafi, after they took him from an armed group that kidnapped him in Al-Baqaa area, charging him with concealing information about the disappearance of Imam Mousa Al-Sadr.
