UNSMIL: Libyan parties sit around the political dialogue table in Tunisia

General view of the meeting between Libya's two rival governments in Tunis

The UNSMIL has announced that a consultation and deliberation meeting between the parties will take place in Tunisia’s capital on Saturday and Sunday as part of a renewed round of the Libyan Political Agreement (LPA).

The UNSMIL said that the meeting, which was supposed to kick off at 10:00am Saturday, has been delayed as some of the parties taking place in it failed to arrive on time.

Sources said the late figures are some from Misurata city and from places and they are vital to be present at the meeting, which could take place at 4:00pm.
