The US Justice Ministry has announced that it won’t seek a death penalty against the Libyan suspect in Benghazi attacks on the US embassy, killing the American ambassador, along with three other Americans.

The Associated Press said the US will sentence Abu Khattala to life in prison if found guilty for the charges put against him.
