Parallel CBL in Al-Bayda to start dealing with Russia-printed banknotes Wednesday

The Al-Bayda-based Central Bank of Libya, a body parallel to the internationally recognised Tripoli-based CBL, announced it will start distributing the newly printed banknotes (printed in Russia) on banks this Wednesday.
It is worth mentioning that those banknotes were regarded counterfeit by the united States as well as by the internationally recognised CBL in Tripoli and the UN-backed Presidential Council.
