Al-Thanni sacks Libya’s Ambassador to Malta

The Prime Minister of the House of Representatives’ government in the east, Abdullah Al-Thanni, dismissed in an order on Monday the Libyan Ambassador to Malta, Al-Habeeb Al-Ameen.
In a letter to the Maltese Foreign Minister, George Vella, Al-Thanni appointed Hussein Al-Musrati as the Libyan consul until another ambassador is appointed in the place of Al-Ameen.
He also said that his government in the east represents the will of the people and they are not stealing any legitimacy, but they are preserving Libya’s sovereignty.
