Water supplies return to Tripoli after a week of outage

The residents of Tripoli had to endure a full week of water outage amid the ongoing dilemmas of power outage and cooking gas shortage.
On Thursday morning, sources from the capital said water has returned to some of the areas and according to the Man-Made River system, water supplies will return gradually to all Tripoli today.
The capital’s residents expressed their anger over the outage of water and power by going on night protests in some areas like Beefi district, where they burnt tyres and blocked the main road.
The unity government in Tripoli has promised to find immediate solutions to the water supplies issue, despite the fact that it had taken no actions in that regard yet.
