Foreign Ambassadors say Libyan oil terminals belong to NOC only

The Ambassadors of China, France, Russia, UK, US, and Northern Ireland said that the attacks on the Libyan oil crescent region and the oil ports threaten the security and stability of the country.
In a joint statement on Friday, the Ambassadors added that the oil terminals and exportation as well as their income are for all Libyans and must therefore remain under the control of the National Oil Corporation (NOC) only.
“This is clearly stated in the UN Security Council’s Resolutions No. 2213, No. 2259 and No. 2278.” The statement added.
They also urged all Libyan conflicting parties to avoid military solutions and resolve their issues on the dialogue table.
