Martin Kobler welcomes “mutual respect” between HoR and State Council
The UN delegate to Libya and the Head of the UNSMIL, Martin Kobler, applauded the respect that the State Supreme Council (SSC) has shown towards the Tobruk-based House of Representatives (HoR).
Kobler said on his Facebook page that he is closely following the SSC’s work and he is happy that it has toughened ties with the HoR in the east.
He also stressed in his Facebook post that all Libyan political parties and stakeholders must work under the umbrella of the Libyan Political Agreement (LPA).
