GNC wants the Presidential Council reformed, says it is a rival in the conflict

The General National Congress said that the UN-backed Presidential Council must be reformed as it has become a rival in the political conflict, saying that the PC has even disregarded the Skhirat agreement.
In a statement by the spokesman of the GNC Tuesday evening, the GNC refused to accept what some of its members did as to form a State Supreme Council and divide posts between them, as he said.
The spokesman also reiterated that the GNC is still with the dialogue that can unite all Libyans, pointing that it is still into finding a real balanced solution to Libya’s crisis.
“Enforcing power on Tripoli political parties by some of the parties is against the real accord. We ordered the Salvation Government to continue working in Tripoli as usual.” The GNC spokesman added.
