Al-Khumus military council pledges abidance to Presidential Council as Chief Commander

The military council of Al-Khumus city has issued a statement saying it abides by the statement of the UN-backed Presidential Council about being the Chief Commander responsible for forming a joint military force to eradicate ISIS from Sirte.
Al-Khumus military council said all armed fractions in the city are committed to secure the areas under their command, calling on the PC to quickly form a military leadership to fight ISIS.
