Abu Grein and Al-Siddada districts are military zones
The Joint Operations Room (JOR) of the Central Region tasked to free Sirte from ISIS by orders from the Chief in Command of the Libyan Army of the UN-backed Presidential Council has announced Abu Grein and Al-Siddada districts military zones.
The JOR said it is banned for all civilians and civilian cars to pass through those two military zones, and whoever violates the laws, shall be held accountable before justice.
ON Saturday, the JOR announced the kick off of the liberation battle of SIrte from ISIS militants, saying that all forces under its command must be on alert to carry a crippling offensive against terrorists barricading in Sirte.
