Presidential Security Guard formed by Presidential Council in Tripoli

The Presidential Council has ordered the formation of the Presidential Guard to be based in Tripoli and headed by a colonel to secure the state institutions anf guard the vital targets of the country.
In addition; the Presidential Guard will protect the electricity generating stations and water pipelines.
It will also be responsible for guarding the members of the Presidential Council and the visitors to Libya.
