images-47771

The Appeals Court of Al-Bayda has delivered the final verdict earlier today about the constitution draft put out by the Constitution Drafting Assembly (CDA).

The Appeals Court of Al-Bayda saw that the amendment to the voting quorum at the CDA is not legal and it goes against the laws of the constitutional declaration.

Therefore, the Appeals Court of Al-Bayda has found the final draft of the CDA that was presented to the Tobruk-based HoR illegal.
