Deputy Head of Presidential Council resigns, says PC incapable of leading the country

The member of the Presidential Council, who is also the Deputy Head of it, Mousa Al-Koni, has resigned from his post earlier today.
On Monday in a presser, Al-Koni announced his resignation and attributed it to the fragile policies and weak working efforts of the Presidential Council toward solving the problems faced by the Libyan citizens every day.
He also blamed PC for fragile authority on state institutions.
