Diabetes medicines arrive in Tripoli to be distributed to patients

The head of the Tripoli-based media and awareness office of the medical services department, Hassan Al-Sabki, said a second convoy of medicines for diabetes has arrived in the department.
Al-Sabki added that the medicines will be distributed to the diabetic patients according to their national identification numbers as well as a system designed by the committee responsible for diabetes services in the department.
“The committee was appointed last March to organise the work of the department.” He added.
He also said that the committee has got some lists with diabetic people’s names on them and will only distribute the medicines for those lists to maintain fairness for all the patients alike.
