Group of Misrata brigades reject entry of GNA, vow to face it with force

A group of Misrata brigades have issued a statement to clarify that they reject Serraj government, the Government of National Accord (GNA) and object to any attempts to impose it on Libyans.
The statement said on Monday that it condemns all the efforts to use the starvation of people to impose the GNA on them by foreign-backed powers, pointing out that such strategies only lead to havoc and unrest.
The brigades reaffirmed that Tripoli’s security is a red line, denouncing at the same token the statement issued Sunday by Misrata municipality and a number of brigades, saying that such statements only represent them.
“We reject their call for disowning the naysayers to Serraj government.” The brigades concluded.
