Haftar is a war criminal, concludes Libyan Army sixth Meeting

The Sixth Meeting of the Libyan Army took place in Tripoli on Wednesday in the presence of the Head of the High Council of State, Abdel Rahman Al-Sweihli, the Head of the Presidential Council, Fayez Al-Serraj and the Defense Minister of the Government of National Accord, Mihdi Al-Barghathi as well as a number of High Council of State members and Libyan military staff.

“The Libyan Army will be always united and will have its loyalty to the country only after Allah. The Meeting’s statement reads.

It adds, “All kinds of taking over power are unacceptable.”

The Libyan Army statement also called Khalifa Haftar, the leader of Dignity Operation and eastern army of the Tobruk-based House of Representatives as “a war criminal.”

The Sixth Meeting of the Libyan Army was held in Radisson Blu hotel in Tripoli under the slogan “One Libyan Army”.
