Kikla and Wirshafana swap detainees
Kikla and Wirshafana districts west of Tripoli agreed Tuesday to exchange detainees, after they had solved the disputed issues they had in common.
Head of Wirshafana High Council, Al-Mabrouk Abuamaid said in a press statement that the exchange of detains included 34 detainees, 29 of whom are from Wirshafana and 5 detainees from Kikla.
Abuamaid called for forming a neutral force to secure the coastal road, an important artery and link between all Libyan cities.
