The Libyan Red Crescent in Zliten distributed Saturday aids for about 300 displaced families from Sirte living now in Zliten as part of a deal between the Libyan Red Crescent and the Red Cross.

The Head of the Zliten branch of the Red Crescent, Muhammad Abu Hajar, said the aids will be distributed by the committee responsible for assisting the IDPs in Zliten related to the city’s Municipality.

Abu Hajar said the aids include mattresses, blankets, cooking items, baby diapers, and other materials, extending thanks for all those who helped provide these aids, whether organisations or individuals.
