Libya’s CBL and Italy discuss economic boost in Tripoli

The Governor of the Libyan Central Bank of Libya, Saddik Al-Kabeer, met on Tuesday with the Italian Ambassador to Libya, Giuseppe Perrone, the ways for mutual relationships between the two countries in regards to the economic development.

According to sources from the meeting, the Italian Ambassador, who is operating from Tripoli, talked with Al-Kabeer about the improvement of the two countries relations on many levels, especially the economic cooperation.

Meanwhile, Italy has announced that it is going to send a mobile power plant to Libya to help reduce the hours of power outages across the capital as a starter.

Italy also opened a field hospital in Misurata months ago in a bid to help treat the Libyan fighters who are injured in the fight against terrorism in Sirte and elsewhere.
