The Algerian Minister of Maghreb affairs , Arab League and African Union Abelkader Messahel said Monday that Libyans have both the will and efficiency to build their country and to preserve its unity.

During an interview with Algerian radio (3), Messahel said it is necessary for the Libyan-Algerian borders to be a real bridge between the two countries, and a barrier preventing any terrorist attempts directed at both of them.

Messahel added that the Algerian embassy is preparing to reopen in the Libyan capital, Tripoli very soon so that the two countries become connected in all kinds of affairs that manifest the interests of the Libyans and Algerians.
