Ras Ajdair border security ban exporting Libyan fish to Tunisia

The Gas and Fuel Commission of Brega Company for Marketing Oil and Gas announced that it ordered a ban on exporting fish from Libya to Tunisia via Ras Ajdair border crossing.

The commission added that this step aims at saving the Libyan marine fortune and to help bring back the prices of fish in the Libyan market to normal, as they have been soaring day by day since the start of exportation to Tunisia.

Currently, the prices of fish are so high that only well-to-do Libyans can manage to buy them despite the fact that Libyan seas are stuffed with all kinds of fish that should make a lot easier and cheaper for ordinary people to buy.
