US delegate to Libya urges world powers to end Libya’s political impasse

The United States delegate to Libya, Jonathan Winer, has urged the world and regional countries to help Libya out of its current political stalemate.
Winer tweeted on Thursday that Libya is now in need for what he described a a grand bargain to help implement the Libyan Political Agreement (LPA).
He also added in his tweet that the bargain cannot be done by one state only, but all world and regional actors must take part.
Urge regional actors to work together to help #Libya end stalemate & agree on grand bargain to implement LPA. No one state can do it alone.

He also mentioned that resolving Libya’s political crisis will definitely help in fighting and ending terror threats in the country and the region, saying that IS militants must never feel safe in Libya.
