World senior officials meet in Tunisia, discuss support to GNA

Senior officials began meeting in Tunisia’s capital,Tunis Tuesday, to discuss international support to Libya and the ways necessary to help the Government of National Accord (GNA) at all levels to respond to the aspirations of the Libyan people.
The meeting, which was co-organized by UNSMIL, and the British Embassy in Libya, in cooperation with the Tunisian Foreign Ministry, was attended by 40 Arab and Western countries as well as representatives of 15 financial institutions, besides the specialized regional and international organizations.
Many promises to stabilize Libya and push for its security were given in the meeting by man countries, while the Tunisian Foreign Minister said that his country is positive that Serraj government will be a way out of the current Libyan crisis.
