Coastal road linking western region to Tripoli closed again

The spokesman of Muhammad Al-Kilani Brigade in Azzawiya, Abdelbasit Al-Shawish, said the coastal road that links the western region to Tripoli was closed once again on Saturday.
Al-Shawish told media outlets that shutting the coastal road came due to security violations.
“Wershefana groups that are securing the road in their area told us that they can no longer continue securing the road.” Added Al-Shawish.
He also indicated that those groups from Wershefana had put sand barriers at the road near Al-Fursan Restaurant in Al-Maya district to bock the road totally.
