Presidential Council orders all military forces to act under its command

The Presidential Council of the UN-backed GNA has issued a statement Thursday ordering all Libyan military forces to wait for its orders as it is the Chief Commander of Libyan Army.
It explained that all military forces must wait until it appoints a joint leadership for the military operation in Sirte and all those who violate this rule will be held accountable and will be considered a hindrance to fighting terrorism.
Meanwhile, a joint force from Misurata set off toward Sirte yesterday in a bid to free the city from ISIS militants.
