320 million dinars arrive in the Tripoli-based CBL

The Tripoli-based Central Bank of Libya received Wednesday a new shipment of the UK-printed banknotes worth 3020 million dinars. The shipment arrived in Mitiga Airport.

The CBL confirmed in a Facebook statement on Wednesday that all the money that came from Britain since June 1st until June 30th has amounted to 1 billion dinars.

The money will be distributed all across the country for all banks according to the banking regulations in Libya, the CBL statement reads.
