Tunisia set to hold a meeting on Libya’s crisis
The Tunisian Foreign Minister Khemaies Jhinaoui said his country is consulting with Algeria to hold an urgent meeting on Libya.
In an interview with the Tunisian television, Jhinaoui said that Tunisia deals with Libya’s Government of National Accord led by Prime Minister Fayez Sarraj adding that “unfortunately, the political agreement has not been finalised because the Tobruk Parliament did not adopt it due the presence of differences between the Libyans themselves”.
The Tunisian foreign minister urged all parties involved in Libya to engage in dialogue without exclusion stressing that his country’s relation with Libya is based on positive neutrality towards the Libyan crisis.
