Libyan writer: NOC Chairman is “fooling” the public opinion

Libyan blogger and activist Essa Rashwan said on his Facebook page that the Chairman of the National Oil Corporation (NOC) Mustafa Sanallah has individually signed with an Italian company a contract to build a new NOC headquarters in Benghazi.

“This decision by Sanallah is ink on paper. We all know in Benghazi that he is opposed to the idea of building an NOC headquarters in Benghazi.” Rashwan added.

In the meantime, Sanallah signed previously a contract with an Italian company based in Milan in order to provide consultations in the project of building an NOC building in Benghazi,
