Polio campaign kicks off nation-wide
The administration of vaccines in the National Centre for Combating Diseases said that a polio vaccines campaign to begin next Saturday and will last for six days.
The Head of the vaccines department, Al-Sadeq Behailel, said the campaign will go over the whole country’s health centres, pointing out that it was set off under the supervision of the World Health Organisation.
“The WHO provided us with 1 million and a half polio vaccination doses.” Behailel added.
