Souq Al-Juma’a sees 220 Million dinars in Road and Highway improvements

The Minister of Housing and Construction, Abu Bakr Al-Ghawi

The Minister of Housing and Construction, Abu Bakr Al-Ghawi, announced on Thursday the allocation of 220 million dinars to implement road projects in the municipality of Souq Al-Juma’a.

Al-Ghawi said in a speech during the celebration, on the occasion of the 11th anniversary of the February Revolution, that the Prime Minister is in the process of issuing a number of decisions to implement 153 projects to solve the bottlenecks in the municipality, including projects in the field of roads estimated at about 220 million dinars.

On Thursday, the Prime Minister of the National Unity Government, Abdel Hamid al-Dabaiba, visited the municipality of Souq al-Jumaa, accompanied by a number of ministers and government officials, to find out the needs of the municipality and to participate in the celebration organized on the occasion of the eleventh anniversary of the February 17 revolution.
