Three girls have been killed and the mother as well as her son have been injured in an airstrike by Khalifa Haftar’s warplanes on a civilian House in Ferjan neighborhood in Tripoli, sources from the Ambulance Apparatus of Tripoli said.

The airstrike left the house totally destroyed amid panic and horror in the civilian neighborhood inside Tripoli.

The Presidential Council of the Government of National Accord condemned the airstrike and said this is another atrocious crime by Haftar and his “militias” in Tripoli, urging the international community and UNSMIL to take up their responsibility toward protecting civilians in Libya.

It also called on all legal and humanitarian organizations to document this crime in Fernaj neighborhood to bring the perpetrators to justice.
