United Nations puts Indian-flagged Distya Ameya on black list

The United Nations has put the Indian-flagged Distya Ameya oil tanker on the black list for illicitly transferring a shipment of 650 thousand oil barrels from Al-Hariga port in Tobruk to Malta on Tuesday, knowing that it was barred from entering the Maltese waters, Jonathan Winer, the US special envoy to Libya revealed.
Winer added that the UN action against Distya Ameya came after receiving information from the Presidential Council of the UN-backed Government of National Accord.
