Kobler in Misurata to boost the formation of “well-formed military institution”

The UN delegate to Libya, Martin Kobler, has arrived in Misurata earlier and he is to meet the Municipal Council’s Head and members in addition to the city’s representatives in the political dialogue and the Tobruk-based HoR.
Kobler stated that the visit comes to solidify the steady moves Misurata is making toward accomplishing the political dialogue signed in Skhirat, Morocco, in December 2015.
He also added that he will discuss the building of a cross-Libyan military institution that would be able to fight the ISIS terrorist groups in the country.
