Al-Gotrani urges the UN to keep Salwa Al-Dighili in post

The Deputy Head of the UN-backed Presidential Council, Ali Al-Gotrani, has urged in a statement the UN Office in Geneva to keep Salwa Al-Dighili in her post as Libya’s Ambassador to the UN in Geneva.
Al-Gitrani, who has boycotted the PC, told the UN that Al-Dighili’s case should be decided on by the Head of the UN Office in Geneva.
Previously, the Salvation Government in Tripoli sacked Al-Dighili, who was Libya’s Ambassador to the UN in Geneva, and appointed Ahmed Othman in her post.
