Kobler: All military factions, east and west, should stand together to eradicate ISIS
The UN delegate to Libya, Martin Kobler, has emphasized that all military factions in Libya must join the Presidential Council’s operation rooms to defeat ISIS terrorists.
Kobler urged, at the signing ceremony of an oil deal by the Libyan National Oil Company NOC and the French Technip Co., military parties in the west and in the east to coordinate under the command of the Government of National Accord.
