Tobruk-based HoR fails to hold a meeting, again
Saleh Fehema, the member in Tobruk-based House of Representatives, said the HoR has failed to convene a meeting today due to not reaching the legal quorum required for the session.
He indicated that the HoR Speaker, Aqilah Saleh, left the building of the HoR when he realized that the meeting did not reach the full quorum as only 70 members attended the meeting.
