48 fighters from Libyan forces killed in clashes with ISIS in Sirte

The accidents and emergency department in Misurata Central Hospital disclosed that it had received 48 killed fighters from the Al-Bunyan Al-Marsous operation, which is led by Misurata forces under the command of the UN-backed due to clashes with ISIS Tuesday.
It added the there were also 27 injured fighters with injuries ranging from serious, medium, and simple from different cities across Libya.
