US delegate hints at possible charges on Libyan figures

The US delegate to Libya, Jonathan Winer, said Sunday there are some Libyan political figures who would probably be under charges and accusation.
On Twitter, Winer said there must be a unification of Libyan efforts to provide services and security across Libya.

Winer is taking part in the consultations meeting in Tunisia for the Libyan agreement parties in the presence of the Presidential Council and under the supervision of the UNISMIL.
