10 fighters killed as Libyan forces step up fight in last IS hideouts in Sirte

Misurata Central Hospital confirmed that it received 10 killed fighters from the forces of Al-Bunyan Al-Marsous, adding that it also received 65 injured fighters due to the clashes with IS militants in Jizah district along the sea in Sirte.
In a press release on Friday, the spokesman of the Misurata Central Hospital, Akram Glaiwan, said they received those ten killed fighters in the last 24 hours along with the 65 injuries due to intense and fierce clashes in the last hideouts of IS radicals in Sirte.
“Most of the injuries range between fair and medium, but some injuries are now in the intensive care unit.” Glaiwan indicated.
He added that the killed fighters are from different Libyan cities like Misurata, Zliten, Sirte, and Tripoli.
