Jonathan Winer falsifies Trump’s comments that IS controls Libya’s oil

The US military envoy to Libya, Jonathan Winer, said Tuesday that IS had never controlled any of the Libyan oil facilities, fields or ports, adding that IS is floundering in its last hideouts in Sirte.
On Twitter he wrote; “For the record, #ISIS has never controlled any #Libyanoil and continues to lose ground in #Sirte #Libya.”

He also called on the Presidential Council to live up to the current crisis in Libya and continue to provide the Libyan people with the basic services they need.
“Urge #Libya PC to keep working to improve delivery of basic services to Libyans whose needs must not be neglected even as talks continue.” He tweeted on Tuesday as well.
